We have a three step approach to ensuring every task is safe.
When a tasker joins our platform we run several checks to make sure they are who they say they are, including confirming their identity with the National Identity Management Database.
Before every task, we reconfirm the tasker's identity with world class facial recognition technology to make sure the person coming to your house is the tasker we originally onboarded.
We don't share your address when you book a task. So until it is time for task, all the tasker can see a public landmark close to where you live.
If you have any problems with a Tasker you can report a safety issue and we will will investiage and ban any erring tasker, and depending or the issue report them to the police.
